Teacher Workshop No. 5 by the WSU Arts Learning Collaborative

i. allegro con brio - How do we make the great classical composers of the past relevant to students in the present?

ii. andante - In this teacher workshop celebrating the 200th anniversary of Beethoven’s death, we will explore ways to connect history, the strands in the Utah Fine Arts Standards, and literacy.

iii. scherzo - Participants will explore teaching strategies that can be customized for their classrooms.

iv. allegro - This event is directed toward elementary music and general classroom teachers.

Where: Shepherd Union, Weber State University Ogden Campus (3910 West Campus Drive, Ogden 84408)

When: Thursday, February 25, 2027, from 4:30-6:30 pm

Relicensure hours are available.

Dinner and registration begin at 4:00.
