Developing an authentic (non-cheesy) ‘elevator pitch’ - inc a guided exercise
How to follow-up with contacts you made/people you met
Where and how to market/promote your offering
Understanding how your marketplace operates (how, where and when do your customers buy)
What problem are you solving? (understanding your customer’s pain points)
How to select the right routes to market for you
Advice, tips, ideas and do’s and don’t for contacting prospects via email, mail, LinkedIn, phone, trade bodies/groups and intermediaries
Advice on sourcing a free CRM system and accessing relevant data (companies likely to use/need your service/product)
How to make a success of trade shows and exhibitions
Identifying the decision maker and understanding the decision making process
Understanding and staying in control of the sales process
