Take a little drive 🚘 288 S to Highway 6 all the way in to Alvin. Enjoy 30 minutes of Intentional Movement to Release Stored up Negative Energy plus 30 minutes of Sound Therapy plus 15 minute Burn & Release Activity (please bring 2 tea light candles & yoga mat).
