B+ Well: A Wellness Conference for Bisexual, Pansexual, & Fluid Community

B+ Well, our inaugural health and wellness conference, was a big success last year so we're doing it again! This is a one-day conference to promote physical, emotional, sexual, and cultural wellness for our beautiful bisexual, pansexual & fluid community and allies. This conference is a safe space for learning, healing, and connection for the community and its allies.

We're excited that the event will be held at Pride Hall at the LA LGBT Center's Anita May Rosenstein Campus. The conference features prominent keynote speakers and dynamic breakout sessions following our three tracks: emotional, physical, and cultural wellness.

Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and coffee/tea will be provided, and a resource fair throughtout the day. We're also offering a virtual ticket for those who cannot attend in-person.

A few more logistics...

Registration is at Pride Hall at the Anita May Rosenstein Campus. Our keynote panel and breakout sessions will be held in both Pride Hall and The Village at Ed Gould Plaza, which is across the street from Pride Hall. Our volunteers will be happy to guide you.

FREE parking is available on a first come, first served basis for our conference guests located underground at the Anita May Rosenstein Campus.

A healthy planet is critical to wellness. We are committed to reducing our footprint and we can't do it without your help :)

• Reduce waste: Please do not print your tickets and please bring a reusable water bottle.
• Minimize food waste: Take home what you don’t eat. Feel free to bring a reusable take-home container.
• Sort waste properly: Use the correct bin (trash/recycle/organic) or ask a volunteer if unsure.
• Offset your driving emissions: Purchase carbon offsets on sites like Climate Stewards.
• Use public transport, if possible: Check out trip planning guides for LADOT, Metrolink, and Metro.
