B Scene Bus Trip tp NYC - December 30, 2024

Join B Scene Events for a bus trip to NYC! Thoroughbred Sedan will provide a 54 passenger bus with a restroom and DVD player. B Scene Events will provide an event team member for the bus ride.

Departure location:

Bel Air - 7 AM Departure

Exit 80 Belcamp Park and Ride (1420 Belcamp Rd Bel Air, MD 21015). Departs at 7am *arrive 15 minutes early

Drop off at at Macy's NYC at 10 AM (151 West 34th Street, New York, NY) or Central Park at 10:15 AM (850 5th Avenue New York, NY), near Central Park Zoo and Wollman Ice Skating Rink.

Departs NYC at 8 PM - Macy's NYC (151 West 34th Street, New York, NY 10001) at 8 PM. *Arrive 15 minutes prior to departure

Each roundtrip ticket includes 2 drink tickets (cocktail, juice, or bottled water), bagels and fruit for the ride up and snacks for the bus ride home.

We will play holiday movies such as Home Alone and Christmas Vacation.

Every guest must have a ticket. Tickets are non-refundable. In the event we cannot secure 45 riders, we will cancel the bus and everyone will be refunded 100%.

This trip is self-guided. Guests are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to departure from the Belcamp Park and Ride and 15 minutes prior to departure from NYC Macy's.

B Scene Bus Trip Timeline:

7 AM - Depart Bel Air, Belcamp Park and Ride, located at 1420 Belcamp Rd. Bel Air, MD 21015

10 AM - Arrive in NYC, first drop off will be at Macy's NYC,located at 151 W 34th Street New York, NY. If enough interst, the second drop-off will be Central Park (near Wollman Park and Central Park Zoo), located at 830 5th Avenue, New York, New York.

10 AM to 7:45 PM - Explore New York City

8 PM - Depart NYC, we will be getting picked up at Macy's NYC, located at 151 W 34th Street New York, NY *arrive 15 minutes prior to departure

FAQ:

• The bus will only be used by our group that day. After it drops us, it will park outside of NYC. This means you may leave items on the bus such as pillows, blankets, etc.
• We recommend bringing portable phone chargers, iPhone charging cables, band-aids, backpack, poncho in case or rain, and snacks.
• There are charging cables at most seats, please bring both charging cable and charging block.
• Preferred communication is text, please text a B Scene team member if you have any questions. This format is best, “Hello, this is Beth L. from the bus tour, I have a question….”
• This is a family-friendly bus, we do expect everyone to behave in an appropriate manner.
• We will be showing holiday DVDs, so if you do not want to hear them, I recommend headphones.
• If you or your child has a tablet, let be sure to bring headphones or turn off volume.
• Snacks and drinks are allowed on the bus. Please be sure to dispose of all trash.
• Check weather and dress accordingly.
• If doing a tour in the city, we recommend checking prices in advance.
