Lectures:
Tuesday Evenings (5:30pm - 9pm), one night per week. (In studio 4x and via zoom 8x)
Asana labs at the studio:
Sundays (9am-2pm), Sundays.
OUTSIDE TIME COMMITMENT
Personal Practice:
Free yoga at azItala. Recommended 2x per wk min.
Daily meditation/journaling
3-5 hours of homework per week
