Ízek, illatok és emlékezetes történetek – a Literárium keretében új sorozat indul Az irodalom íze címmel, amely a gasztronómia és a kortárs irodalom izgalmas metszéspontjait tárja fel. A művészet és a főzés sokszor ugyanarról a tőről fakad: az alkotás vágyából, a tradíciók tiszteletéből és az élmények megosztásának öröméből. A nyitóest vendége Dragomán György író, aki nemcsak elismert regényeivel, hanem a konyhában szerzett tapasztalataival, családi receptjeivel és szenvedélyes gasztronómiai írásaival is belopta magát az olvasók szívébe. Flavours, aromas, and memorable stories – as part of the Literarium series, we are launching a new set of events entitled The Taste of Literature that explores the exciting intersections of gastronomy and contemporary literature. Art and cooking often spring from the same root: the desire to create, a respect for traditions, and the joy of shared experiences. The guest of the opening evening is the writer György Dragomán, who has won readers’ hearts not only with his acclaimed novels, but also with his experiments in the kitchen, his family recipes and his passionate writings about gastronomy. On stage, the art of text and of preparing food intertwine in a direct, inspired conversation that reveals how childhood flavours become memorable stories, and how those stories are transformed into genuine culinary adventures.
