Join us for a 5 week yoga series (re)turning you to Nature 🌳 💚

Nature has been an absolute healer for myself throughout my life. A walk in the woods, meditation on a mountain top, listening to the waves of the ocean, bathing in the golden sunlight, grounding myself with a barefoot walk. I’m sure you have many of your own examples on how you connect to the elements.

Ayurveda teaches us in detail, how we are simply part of nature and the more we are removed from it through our artificial way of living, the higher the chance for imbalance in our body & mind.

This 5 week yoga series is for all levels. I will introduce you to gentle movements, meditation, breathwork, marma points, mudras and more every week.

You may take all classes or join us at your leisure.
