Ayurvedic Meditation Immersion: Training the Mind for Clarity

Join Heather Burkart, eRYT500, on Sunday November 8th from 9:00am-5:00pm at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View’s Cozy Studio for a full-day intensive focused on meditation as a personalized practice.
Meditation is not a one-size-fits-all practice. This immersive workshop explores traditional and modern meditation techniques through the Ayurvedic lens, helping participants discover practices that align with their unique constitution and current state of balance. Through guided experiences, discussion, and self-inquiry, students will develop practical tools for cultivating focus, resilience, self-awareness, and inner calm while gaining confidence in guiding meditation practices for others. Class will not be hot/heated.
