Join us with @lady_ofthe_land in a guided meditation and chanting through each chakra including the bija mantras (seed sounds) corresponding to the lotus petals of each chakra.What to expect from this experience:
You will begin opening, releasing, and healing the physical and nonphysical body, strengthening your connection to the divine within. Slow, cleansing, balancing work in a safe and compassionate space. Deepen your work with each class you attend. You may actively participate through chanting, or passively receive, laying in a deeply relaxed savansana state allowing the chanting to wash over you.
Libby Allison was introduced to Ayurveda in 2009 by a friend from India and began learning this ancient wisdom through personal application. After several years of self-study, she began formal studies with Yoga Vega Institute, and The Ayurvedic Institute. Dr. Vasant Lad, Founder of The Ayurvedic Institute assessed Libby as "highly spiritual, knowledgeable, and compassionate," qualities that bring her clients from many different walks of life. She enjoys sharing her knowledge of nutrition/cooking, pranayama, meditation, daily/ seasonal cycles, and more with groups and offers personal lifestyle consultations.
