- The Elements & Qualities – Returning to Nature: Explore the five elements, their qualities, and how they manifest in your body, mind, and environment. Learn the principle of opposites for balance and begin integrating it into your Yoga practice.
- The Doshas – Understanding Your Constitution; Discover your unique dosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), learn to identify tendencies in body and mind, and experience practices tailored to each dosha, including a pulse check with Karen.
