Latina's of Houston, join us for an inspiring celebration of strength, amigahood and community this International Women’s Month! Amigas y Mas Social, in collaboration with Latina’s Run Houston, invites you to our empowering “Fuerza Fememinina” Walk/Run. This event is all about coming together, celebrating our vibrant Latina community, and giving back to women in need.

What to Expect:

• For our runners - we've mapped out a 2-mile run. Walkers will enjoy a 1 mile walk. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or prefer a leisurely stroll, this event is designed for women of all fitness levels.
• Community and Connection - Meet the Latina's run ambassadors as well as the AYMS community and connect with local Latinas.
• Giving Back - we’re collecting in-kind women’s donations to benefit the Houston Area Women’s Center—helping to empower and support women across our community. While not required, we encourage you to bring highly requested donation items including diapers, pull-ups, baby wipes, regular-sized hygiene products like shampoo, soap, conditioner, lotion, deodorant, razors, toothpaste, haircare, or makeup items.

AYMS is an organization that focuses on fostering connections, support and social engagement among its Latina women. It provides a platform for women to network, share experiences, and participate in various events and activities designed to build camaraderie and mutual support. At this time, event spots are reserved for Latina woman only.

All event registrations are non-refundable. Once your RSVP is confirmed, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Organization Fee Statement:

A small organization fee is collected for each event to sustain our community and support future activities. This fee is not applicable to any venue, food, drink or additional event costs incurred.
