About this Event

Join AYA for a guided meditation and movement, led by Rise of Riotous Roots. 

This grounding event is open to people of all body types and abilities. Masks are encouraged and will be provided. We’ll give you the experience and the skills to drop back down into your body after hours of heady intellectualism. 

**50% of all profits will be donated to Brave Space Alliance, "Chicago's South Side non-profit providing services, programs, and an affirming space where trans and LGBQ+ people are centered, and all are welcome and served."

Participants of both AYA Org Day events, the Cosmos & Community Panel and the Community Grounding, will receive special edition AYA merch included in their ticket. Your ticket will support Brave Space Alliance and AYA educational grants that send members in financial need to conferences like this one!
