Frey e Francesca offriranno un percorso esplorativo per osservare e scoprire strategie di adattamento nella relazione: a se stessi, agli altri, allo spazio, al tempo.
Come ci adattiamo alle condizioni interne ed esterne?
In che modo la nostra morfologia personale influenza la nostra esperienza?
Come viviamo e condividiamo il momento?
Come abitiamo e condividiamo lo spazio?
La ricerca ruoterà attorno a due concetti: la neutralità posturale e l'organizzazione frattale del corpo.
La neutralità implica l'allineamento fisiologico e il rispetto della nostra struttura corporea statica e dinamica.
L'ingegnosa complessità del nostro corpo si rivela attraverso la sua organizzazione frattale: il fatto che forme e strutture simili si ripetono su scale diverse e in contesti diversi. Da queste osservazioni esploreremo il nostro modo di relazionarci con il nostro corpo e con l'ambiente... per arricchire il piacere di danzare insieme.
Lo stage è aperto a danzatori, attori, musicisti, professionisti e amatori del movimento e a tutti coloro che sono interessati a sperimentare un'accurata coscienza del corpo e le sue potenzialità espressive; durante il lavoro offriremo stimoli teorici e pratici, improvvisazioni individuali e di gruppo, e condivideremo momenti di danza collettiva.

AXIS SYLLABUS
L’Axis Syllabus è un archivio di informazioni teoriche e pratiche inerenti al corpo umano. Le informazioni sono confrontate, organizzate, rielaborate e messe in relazione l’una all’altra per creare una mappa dinamica e accessibile. Una guida allo studio della complessità del corpo umano in movimento, della sua struttura e delle relazioni che si stabiliscono mentre si interfaccia con le circostanze esterne ed interne che si presentano.

L’Axis Syllabus si consolida alla fine degli anni ’90 grazie all’accurato e appassionato lavoro del coreografo, danzatore, pedagogo Frey Faust e al contributo di una rete internazionale di artisti, terapeuti, scienziati, professionisti del movimento che nel tempo si sono raccolti intorno a Frey e che continuano a nutrire la ricerca.

Frey and Francesca will facilitate an exploratory process to observe and discover strategies of adjustment in the relationship: to oneself, to others, to space, to time.
Some questions and insights will guide our journey:
How we adapt to internal and external conditions?
How does individual morphology influence our experience?
How do we share the moment?
How do we share space?
How do we enjoy dancing for ourselves as we dance together?
This research will revolve around two concepts: somatological alignment implies respect for the inherent design of the body in the practice of postural "Neutrality". Practically speaking, postural neutrality is evident in the disciplined habit of joint contiguity or articular congruity while moving or when still. Francesca will look intently at the body's reoccurring fractal paradigms, and consider how we enter into relationship with our body, with the environment, and with others as we dance.

The wks is open to dancers, actors, musicians, professionals and amateurs of the movement and to all those who are interested in experiencing an accurate awareness of the body and its expressive potential; during the work we will offer theoretical and practical stimuli, individual and group improvisations, and we will share moments of collective dance.

THE AXIS SYLLABUS
The Axis Syllabus is an emergent, educational initiative to provide an accessible reference system for practical human anatomy and physics through the practice of dancing. Our methods focus on the acquisition of this knowledge with its direct application in movement: gait analysis and re-education, rebuilding neurophysiological motor patterns through the acquisition/re-education of falling responses, kinetic energy generation and deployment, inertial laws and management of gravitation and mechanical forces. Prowess training, diet and health tips are also included as satellite subjects. Our aspiration is to provide most relevant, up-to-date information in a neutral format, hopefully allowing the individual to apply this information to their own cultural or aesthetic context. Our understanding is that this knowledge represents the potential to ensure individual health as well as providing the tools for economic value creation and work opportunities in many fields.
The Axis Syllabus consolidates in the late 90s thanks to the accurate and passionate work of the choreographer, dancer, pedagogue Frey Faust and the contribution of an international network of artists, therapists, scientists, movement professionals who have gathered over time around Frey and who continue to feed the research.
