Axis Community Health Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Learn more about this clinic from Axis leadership, our elected officials, and the board of directors. Stay for refreshments and fellowship! Thanks to the support of our generous donors and community members, the clinic officially opened in January 2025. It provides 6 dental operatories, 8 medical exam rooms, behavioral health, and social support services. Our new facility provides care for 5,600 patients, resulting in 20,000 visits each year, and has increased access to care for those in need. RSVP is appreciated but not required.
