AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring

The Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Course is designed for perinatal clinicians who already have basic knowledge of fetal monitoring and are ready to advance their interpretation and clinical decision-making skills.

This interactive, evidence-based program provides a standardized approach to fetal heart rate assessment, strip interpretation, and communication. Through case studies, hands-on practice, and group discussions, participants will strengthen their ability to apply the NICHD terminology, recognize patterns, and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
