🌼 World-Famous Āwhitu Easter Auction 🌼Saturday 4 April 2026
The biggest day on the Āwhitu calendar is back! Our much-loved Easter Auction is the school’s main fundraiser for the year — and it only works because of the incredible support from our local community.
While schools receive Ministry of Education funding, extra fundraising helps us give our kids the experiences that make school truly special. Proceeds from the auction help fund camps, sports travel, school trips, classroom supplies, art resources, tech, maths support programmes and more. Every bid, donation and sausage sizzle makes a real difference for our tamariki. 🙏
WHAT CAN YOU DONATE?
We’re gratefully accepting items in good, working condition, including:
• Furniture
• Microwaves
• Fridges & freezers
• Lights
• Toasters
• Ovens
• Bric-a-brac
• Toys
• Artwork
• Clothing
(Sorry, no shoes or books.)
Need help getting items there? We can arrange local Good Friday pick-ups — just send us a DM, text or email Mel (details below) or call the school office.
