Awesome Anime Adventure - In Person at Valley Fair

Does your child have a passion for Anime and Manga? Let Young Art instructors give them a focus on the characters and style they love while learning important art terminology and techniques! Our instructors will take your students through six different popular Anime character designs, giving structure and focus to your students' drawings, and providing insightful knowledge on methodology that will increase their overall aesthetic skills.

Step into the marvelous world of anime with a new character drawing each week guided by a live instructor!

Learners will study the basics of Anime drawing, focusing on various facial expressions and styles as well as coloring and shading techniques.

This Anime Art Club is a place for young artists to share their anime artwork, interact with other budding artists and gain inspiration and prompts for drawing in the Japanese anime/manga style.

Week 1/6: Naruto (Learn about contrast in value and color as you draw Naruto)

Week 2/6: Gon (Learn about Complementary Colors as you draw Gon from Hunter x Hunter)

Week 3/6: Luffy (Learn about positive and negative space and how to show depth by drawing Luffy from One Piece)

Week 4/6: Deku (Learn about texture and detail as you draw Deku from My Hero Academia)

Week 5/6: Goku (Learn how to draw folds in fabric and clothing by drawing Goku from Dragon Ball Z)

Week 6/6: Rengoku (Learn about Color Intensity and Warm Colors by drawing Rengoku from Demon Slayer)

Classes are highly interactive and students will have the opportunity to socialize and share their ideas in a fun and upbeat environment.

Classes are held live at the Young Art studio in the Westfield Valley Fair Mall located at 2855 Stevens Creek Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95050.

Rules for joining the class:

• Student(s) must not have experienced COVID-19 symptoms in the past 48 hours
• Please wear a mask

• 1 Ticket per child per session
• Each session is for 60 minutes of in-person art lesson.
• Current county safety guidelines will be followed during camp
