Join us for an evening to celebrate AWA’s 60th anniversary in November at the annual Martha Kostuch Wilderness and Wildlife Lecture and Awards Evening.We are pleased to announce our 2025 Wilderness Defender award will be presented to Corb Lund.
We will also be presenting the “What’s Your 60?” finisher medallions, made by our sponsor Bowness Soapworks +Seto Pottery, and the Great Gray Owl Award.

AWA Wilderness Defenders Awards are dedicated to individuals who have inspired us with their love of Alberta’s wild lands, wild rivers and wildlife, and their efforts and achievements for conservation.
