Canberra REP stages one of Australia’s greatest theatre classics, Away. Pitting the conflict of family life against the backdrop of a country undergoing major social and political change post WWII, Michael Gow tells this most beloved tale.
It is a story of found family and connection, three families set out on their own holidays before a storm brings them together on a Queensland beach to grieve, heal, and find hope for the future.
