Aware & Ready to Defend: Community Self-Defense Class (All Genders Welcome)

Join us for Aware & Ready to Defend, a no-cost, community self-defense class in recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Month. This event is open to people of all genders and experience levels and focuses on building awareness, confidence, and practical safety skills. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with local resources, then participate in a one-hour self-defense training designed to teach simple, effective techniques to help prevent, resist, and escape violence.

The self-defense class is available for participants ages 12 and up.
