Awakening Your Power Through Movement - Awakening Class

Classes will be in-person in Charlotte, NC, USA and live-streaming worldwide.

As children, what did we know about the power and movement that we can know and have as our reality again?

This has implications for our mental, emotional and physical health because movement is a simple yet powerful way to connect with our bodies and unlock awareness about the powers we each have in our own unique way. As we give and receive sessions in this class, we will recall the playful approach we had to creative living so we can awaken our powers and apply them to our lives. In this way, we can have lives that include our inner child’s enthusiasm for living with the wisdom of experience.

What would that be like for you?

By activating the Living and Dying Body Process, you get to collaborate with your body and access what you know deep inside so you can perceive what is holding you back from taking action and unleashing your brilliance upon the world.
In this class, through guided facilitation, conversations with fellow class participants and active hands-on practice of this technique, you get to receive and go deep as you play with the possibilities available to you day to day and moment to moment.

Participants of this class will get to:

• Learn a simple technique to care for themselves and others by receiving and giving the Living and Dying Body Process multiple times and learning how to run it on themselves.
  
• Increase their connection to their bodies to communicate and partner with it more effectively.
  
• Tap into their inner knowing and what is true for themselves and in relation to other people, places or situations.
  
• Identify what is asking for their energy and attention and what is not.
  
• Get clear on what to add to their life and what to remove to create more.
  
• Walk away with a sense of calm clarity to better know what next steps they can take to create lives that light them up and uplift their spirit.
  
• Build confidence in the class and afterwards through complimentary follow up gatherings and swaps where they can continue to practice, connect with other practitioners and be held accountable.

There will be coaching throughout the day as we practice giving and receiving the body process and having conversations that will open the door to more for us all.
