This is very close to my heart.. And I will be running a monthly Awakening to Truth Seminar/Workshop in Scarborough at the Buddha Shack (market vaults). It will be a 3 hour seminar on a journey of self-discovery and liberation - A Journey to Personal Enlightenment.

Cost will be £25 First one is going to be the 24th May 12-3pm (may change depending on interest)

This session also includes a half-hour singing bowl sound bath, a journey of meditation, relaxation, and healing.
