So often we hear “live in the present moment”, but in our busy lives, the mind slips into the past or races into the future. This creates stress, restlessness, and a feeling of disconnection.

When we gently return to the Now, something beautiful happens. Peace arises naturally, relationships feel lighter, and even the simplest moments begin to flow.

This retreat is your opportunity to pause, step out of daily noise, and reconnect with the stillness and clarity within.

Over two days together, we will:

- Experience, not just understand, the essence of presence

- Practice active and silent meditations

- Do reflection exercises to deepen our awareness

- Share space with fellow practitioners on the same journey

- Spend time in silence and mindful awareness

Teacher Details:

Raman Mittal has been practicing meditation and mindfulness since 2008. In his retreats, he points to the direct experience of silence, stillness, and presence. Drawing on the wisdom of Eckhart Tolle, Ramana Maharishi, J. Krishnamurti, the Bhagavad Gita, Osho, and Buddhist teachings, he guides people toward inner peace and a deeper connection within.

*All the sessions will be conducted in Hinglish language.

PS: This is a non-residential retreat – return home in the evening, and rejoin refreshed the next morning.

You can drive to the venue via a taxi or your personal vehicle or you can also take the Delhi Metro to the Ghittorni Metro Station.
