As women, we are often expected to hold everything together, all the time. It’s exhausting. If your mind has too many tabs open lately, consider this your official invitation to put it all down for a couple of hours.
Join me on July 5th from 10-noon for Awakening Through Art, a 2-hour women's art and healing workshop designed entirely for creative self-discovery.
Here is what you can expect:
� Absolute permission to create messy, beautiful, authentic art.
� No art experience required (seriously, "beginning beginners" are my favorite people).
� A calm, safe space to unwind, reflect, and use creative expression as a form of therapy.
Because we want to keep the environment intimate, safe, and conversational, space is limited, and seats are already filling up. You deserve the breathing room. �
