Awakening the Woods is a gentle, reflective nature walk that mirrors our own inner transitions. As the forest slowly shifts from winter into spring, we are invited to slow down, listen, and notice the subtle signs of renewal—both around us and within us.Walking together through the woods, we’ll practice presence, attune to the rhythms of the natural world, and reconnect with the living Earth as a quiet spiritual teacher. This experience offers space for awareness, patience with change, and a deeper sense of belonging to the unfolding cycles of life.
No prior experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to slow down.
