A journey into the heart through somatic exploration, Qi Gong, Reiki, and sound healing.Join us for a gentle immersion to reconnect with your heart’s wisdom. As spring wildflowers bloom, this gathering invites you to awaken your internal energy and slow down. Through movement, energy healing, and sound, we create space to listen inwardly and allow your natural vitality to unfold.
In East Asian traditions, the heart is the seat of the spirit—Shen in Chinese and Kokoro in Japanese. This two-hour workshop focuses on cultivating wellbeing by returning to harmony and allowing life energy to flow naturally.
Workshop Sequence:
Opening Circle — Arriving and setting intention
Somatic Exploration — Awakening heart-centered compassion
Qi Gong — Mindful movement to circulate life energy
Reiki & Sound Healing — Restorative energetic relaxation
