Discover the chakra system as a living map of energy and consciousness in this immersive introductory workshop with Naturopath and Herbalist, Loretta Brzoza. We will explore the prana body and central channel, understanding how vital energy flows through the chakras. Through the lens of ancient wisdom, we’ll approach the chakras as body deities, revealing their deeper significance in our spiritual and physical well-being.
Each of the seven chakras will be explored in terms of its meaning, elemental association, and affirmation for balance and activation. The heart of this workshop is a look into some of the sacred plant oils that correspond to each chakra. You’ll learn how these potent botanical allies can be used to harmonize, activate, and support your energetic body.
This workshop is perfect for those seeking a holistic understanding of the chakra system, blending ancient wisdom with practical applications to deepen your energetic awareness and personal practice. Participants should bring a yoga mat and whatever they need to be comfortable during meditation. This workshop will include lecture, application of essential oils and meditation practice.
