Are the relationships you're choosing expanding your world or diminishing you?
What if you could call in, find, have and sustain healthier relationships with yourself and others through an empowered deep connection with your body?
In our journey of connecting with our physical selves and acknowledging our inner knowing, we will be exploring how to have flow, ease, joy and expansive in our relationships using the gentle Living and Dying Body Process. Through this process, you'll gain the tools to harness your powers, gently have greater awareness , and take action that respects you and what you desire with relationships.
Our class will be inclusive to all genders, races, cultures and perspectives only requiring kindness, compassion and an openness to explore the immense and infinite possibilities available when we allow ourselves to move from unconscious to conscious and from isolated to connected.
There will be relationship, body and communication coaching throughout the day as we practice giving and receiving the body process and having conversations that will open the door to more for us all.
***Please note. You will be guided on how to sessions to yourself and information on how to give sessions to someone else when you have access to another body. If you do have another paying participant or child with you in the same physical space as you, you will be paired with another person attending the class. You will give and receive sessions, get guided facilitation from Siris and be given a manual detailing how to activate the Living and Dying Body Process energies in yourself and in others.

ORIGINS OF THE BODY PROCESS
Siris Rivas-Verdejo has created an energetic body process that invites you to be aware of where you are truly choosing to live with your body and where you are killing your body and possibility. It is particularly effective for people who would like to care for themselves as they care for others. It takes into account where you are aware of other people who are willing to live and thrive and who is destroying their futures, killing their bodies and considering death.
In this Awakening Class, Siris Rivas-Verdejo will introduce you to an extraordinary energetic body process she developed. This process aims to bring greater clarity to your understanding of living and dying, empowering you to create with joy and ease limitlessly. Through interactive discussions, you'll learn the art of communicating with bodies, allowing them to reveal what each person truly desires to choose or not. Armed with this insightful information, you'll gain direction on where to focus your efforts and how to make meaningful contributions to both yourself and the world around you.
