This two hour movement workshop is an experience of Spanda in the body.
The creative pulsation of Spanda produces a world of opposites, oscillating divinely between exquisitely poised alternatives. To connect with the navel radiation pattern is to connect with Spanda in action in our bodies.
This workshop is an invitation to enter fully into this embodied experience, moment to moment.
