Have you ever felt like you were living a version of yourself shaped by others’ expectations?

What parts of yourself have you suppressed in order to fit in or feel safe?

Do you ever sense a fire within you—a deeper truth—yearning to be reclaimed?

What would it feel like to live fully in your truth, without fear of rejection or judgment?

Through the many layers of conditioning (be those of societal, cultural, educational, religious, or other), we have been shaped to fit expectations, often at the cost of our authenticity.

From an early age, we are taught to prioritise acceptance, safety, and survival over the raw truth of who we are. In this process, we suppress our passions, quiet our inner voice, and disconnect from the fire within us—the very force that fuels our purpose and vitality. Over time, we become distant from our true essence, navigating life through the lens of who we should be rather than who we truly are.

But beneath these layers, our authentic self still burns, waiting to be rediscovered.

During this breathwork session we will embark on a powerful journey designed to awaken your inner fire and guide you back to your most authentic self. Through the power of breath, you can take this opportunity to release what no longer serves you, shedding layers of conditioning that have kept you disconnected from your true essence. As you peel back these layers, you will uncover the wisdom, passion, and clarity that have always been within you.

This practice is an invitation to reconnect with your deepest truth, embrace your freedom, and step fully into the radiant expression of who you truly are.

Your Breathwork Guides:

We are a close-knit global community of breathwork facilitators who met during our Alchemy of Breath training in Italy, where we forged an unbreakable bond in the heart of Tuscany's serene landscape. Dubbed the 'Creek Buddies' during our time by the water, our connection blossomed into the Kintsugi Tribe—a name that reflects our shared passion for helping others reconnect with their inner strength and wholeness.

Our collective training in medicine, nutrition, yoga, therapy, breathwork, nursing and coaching allow us to create a dynamic yet kind and safe space to feel and grow. It’s our mission to guide you to your inner gold, using the breath as a powerful tool for self-discovery and connection. During this breathwork, we invite you to join us in community as we breathe, reflect, and understand how to navigate resistance.

Held by Jam, Katie, Rachel, Sara, Tereza, and Casey, a group dedicated to helping you to stay grounded, connected, and ready for what lies ahead.
