-Rise with the sun for an invigorating yoga session. As dawn breaks over the rainforest canopy, let the gentle movements and the chorus of tropical birds awaken your senses.
-After yoga, savor a wholesome breakfast featuring fresh fruits, smoothies, and organic delights straight from Finca Luna Nueva's gardens.
-Late morning brings our Breathwork, Mantra, and Mudra workshop focused on Awakening Agni. Delve deeper into ancient practices that stoke your inner fire, and learn techniques to balance your energy, harness your personal power, and ignite a lasting sense of vitality.
-In the afternoon, embark on a thrilling horseback ride to the stunning La Fortuna Waterfall. Wind through verdant trails, passing by local villages and rich biodiversity. Upon arrival, witness the breathtaking 230-foot cascade plunging into a turquoise pool below. Take a moment to swim in the refreshing waters or meditate beside the falls – the choice is yours.
-As the sun begins to set, return to the resort for a Sunset Yoga session, followed by a delightful dinner spread to share with the group.
