Awakening Experience — a day designed to restore your energy, calm your mind, and reconnect you with your inner balance.About this event:
Experience Flow – “Recharge Your Soul”
1. Opening Circle & Intention Setting (30–45 min)
Ease into the day with infused herbal tea and light organic snacks as we gather in community.
Gentle introductions and grounding exercises
Reflective journaling: “What is your intention for the week ahead, and why?”
Purpose: To open the heart, connect with others, and set mindful energy for your journey.
2. Hug a Tree Grounding Ritual (2–3 min)
Connect with nature and find stillness through a simple, heart-centered grounding practice.
Purpose: To release mental clutter and feel fully present in your body.
3. Breathwork Session (30–40 min)
Guided breathwork to awaken your energy and clear tension.
Purpose: Activates oxygen flow, clears stagnant energy, and primes the body for rejuvenation.
4. Sauna (10–15 min)
Enjoy gentle heat therapy to relax and detoxify.
Purpose: Opens pores, improves circulation, and prepares for contrast therapy.
5. Cold Plunge (up to 3 min, 1–2 rounds)
Invigorating cold immersion to refresh body and mind.
Purpose: Strengthens resilience, resets the nervous system, and promotes deep calm.
6. Meditation (20–25 min)
Guided meditation and mindful stillness.
Purpose: Integrates physical release into mental clarity and emotional balance.
7. Sound Bath Journey (30–40 min)
Lie back and allow sound vibrations to wash over you.
Purpose: Balances energy, restores harmony, and promotes inner peace.
8. Light Organic Meal & Integration (30–40 min)
Enjoy a freshly prepared organic meal paired with detox drinks and herbal infusions.
Purpose: Ground and nourish the body while reflecting in community.
9. Closing Ritual (15–20 min)
Reflect, journal, and share gratitude in a closing circle.
Purpose: Seal your healing journey and leave renewed, peaceful, and aligned.
