What to Expect:
This isn’t your average “wellness night.” It’s a slow, sacred pause — a chance to feel grounded, connected, and cared for.
We’ll sip ceremonial cacao together, drop into a guided meditation, and receive a gentle Reiki energy healing session to help calm the nervous system and open the heart. No experience is needed — just a willingness to show up as you are.
