4 weeks to build momentum and consistency harnessing unique breathwork techniques alongside Conscious Connected Breathwork and breath holds.

Each week we will move more deeply into conscious connected breathwork to develop a richer practice whilst connecting to the below weekly breathing techniques.

Each technique offers health benefits that you can use in your day to day life.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is an opportunity to Immerse yourself in the healing practice of a circular breath technique, where inhalations seamlessly flow into exhalations without pause. A gateway to non-ordinary states of consciousness which can lead to profound healing experiences.

Please be aware that the practice of Conscious Connected Breathwork can be powerful and can bring emotions to the surface. Whilst I do create a safe and loving container it is also really important to check into see if it is right for you at this time and also commit to looking after yourself during the workshops and the days following. There is never any need to push further than feels right for you.

It is NOT recommended that you do Conscious Connected Breathwork if you have schizophrenia, bipolar, history of psychosis, epilepsy, heart conditions, extremes of blood pressure, glaucoma or detached retina, history of strokes or aneurysm, recent abdominal surgery and delicate pregnancy. An alternative heart breathing technique will be offered if this is the case which can still be extremely powerful.
