Join Angela for a dynamic and playful 2-hour workshop where movement meets meditation, breath unites with flow, and self-expression becomes a sacred dance. Through a blend of asana, meditation, and hooping, you'll explore the balance between strength and fluidity, structure and freedom. Both yoga and hooping instill confidence, enhance creativity, and elevate the spirit—helping you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm while building flexibility, strength, and balance. 

What to Expect: 

• Grounding yoga to awaken energy & presence 
• Flowing hoop movement to ignite playfulness & self-expression 
• Breathwork & meditation to harmonize body and mind 
• A supportive, lighthearted space—no experience necessary! 

Hoops provided (these are handcrafted, adult-sized hoops—not the ones from childhood!). Feel free to bring your own if you have one. Whether you're new to yoga, hooping, or both, this workshop is an invitation to move, explore, and unleash your inner radiance.
