You will begin your day with a 90 minute powerful breakthrough Breathwork experience guided by Michelle Clifton, Founder of The Zen Den Belton. Michelle’s sessions are transformational and very powerful; the results are unbelievable. Through conscious breath, you’ll release stagnant energy,
regulate the nervous system, and activate profound inner clarity. This is breath as a bridge: between body and soul, science and spirit, healing and breakthrough.
After lunch, you will be taken on a guided visualisation called "The River Within”, which has been written by Clare Wilkinson, founder of Soulful Circle Of Light. Where you will be reconnecting with your inner self, shedding what no longer serves you, and inviting fresh energy, purpose, and peace. It Will invite you to focus on creating space for healing, clarity, and returning to and opening yourself to new possibilities, perspectives and growth.
During the meditation, you will also receive Crystal therapy from Ailsa Marshall, founder of crystal Clarity. Crystals will rest upon your body like whispers from the earth. Each one will be attuned to a different energy centre. As you move deeper, the journey unfolds like a dream: through ancient forests of intuition, across rivers of emotion, into caverns of forgotten wisdom. Each centre should respond by softening, aligning and glowing with renewed vitality - remembered by the earth, by your own soul.
At the end of the day, Sound Therapy Muse will provide you with a deeply restorative Sound Bath Experience. You will be gently immersed in a rich landscape of soothing sounds and vibrations which will be chosen to calm the mind, relax the body and uplift the spirit.
During this session, you will lie comfortably while the space is filled with the harmonic tones of sound instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes, etc.. These vibrational tools work together to create a meditative atmosphere that encourages deep relaxation, stress relief, and energetic balance.
Sound baths may provide support for a wide range of physical and emotional conditions as they facilitate the body’s natural healing processes.
Sound Therapy Muse is a fully qualified and accredited Sound Therapy Practitioner with many years experience as a sound bath performer.

While sound baths are safe for most people, they may not be appropriate for everyone. Please consult us before booking your place on the retreat if any of the following apply:
You have sound-induced epilepsy or a history of seizures

You experience severe mental health disorders that may be triggered by sensory stimulation
You have a sensitivity to sound or vibration
