Over the course of two Sundays (January 19 and January 26, from 10 AM to 5 PM)

Indoors at a private residence, you will be guided through:

• Foundational Techniques: Master the essentials of playing with three Tibetan singing bowls, focusing on alignment with the body’s chakra system and applying vibrational therapy for both yourself and others.
• Introduction to Vibrational Medicine: Understand the basics of how sound impacts our energy fields and physical bodies, and discover the timeless wisdom of Himalayan sound healing.
• Intuitive Practice: Learn to trust your intuition as a guide, connecting deeply with the receiver’s energy to create a personalized healing experience.
• Positioning and Technique: Discover proper positioning, placement, and technique while your receiver lies comfortably on the ground, allowing you to create a sacred space for healing.

• Hands-On Practice: You’ll experience giving and receiving sound healing within the supportive circle of your fellow attendees, cultivating confidence and community.
• Course Curriculum: A structured yet flowing curriculum will be provided on the first day, giving you a road map to incorporate these practices into your healing toolkit.

• Singing Bowls and Mallets Provided: Tibetan singing bowls and mallets will be available for use during the course. If you feel drawn to take the bowls you’ve practiced with home, you may purchase them at the end of the course for a special fee.
