Tweed Whyte Ave and Hybrid Brand Management present - AWAKEN: a YOGA + CBD experience
Join us at the Foundry on Whyte rooftop for a complimentary meditation + yoga class led by renowned instructor and founder of InnerVerse Connect, Charlene Smith. This practice, titled "Inner Oasis Yoga," incorporates active and passive components inspired by both the Indian yoga principles and philosophies from Ancient Egypt. You will experience a kemetic-inspired yoga flow for body alignment, followed by yin yoga for a deep stretch, and sound healing meditation with singing bowls for energetic clearing. This class will contain adaptations for all experience levels.
