About this Event
Come experience a guided breathwork session built around releasing stress, reconnecting with yourself, and settling into a clearer, more present state of mind.
Using circular breathing, music, and intentional space holding, this session gives you room to move through what you've been carrying, quiet the mental noise, and get back in touch with your body. A lot of people walk out feeling a sense of emotional release, deep peace, or a connection with themselves they didn't expect.
No experience necessary. Just bring an open mind and a willingness to breathe.
What to Expect
The session runs two hours and is structured to give space for both the breathwork itself and time to integrate afterward.
We start with grounding and a simple walkthrough of the breathing technique so everyone feels comfortable before we begin. From there you'll be guided through about 60 minutes of circular breathing with music and light guidance throughout. During the breathwork, gentle hands-on healing (with consent) may be offered to help you drop deeper, move through what's arising, or simply feel more supported in your body. We close with integration time where people are welcome to share what came up, sit quietly, or just be with their experience. There's no pressure either way.
Everyone's experience is different. Some people hit an emotional release they weren't expecting. Others find a real stillness or sense of clarity. Some just feel genuinely rested for the first time in a while. You're always in control and free to ease off or return to normal breathing whenever you need to.
Why Breathwork Works
The breath has a direct connection to your nervous system, your emotions, and your mental state. When you consciously shift how you're breathing, you give your body a chance to let go of tension it's been holding and open up to a quieter, clearer state of awareness.
Circular breathing is especially good at helping the body process and release emotions and energy that have been sitting below the surface for a long time. As the mind settles and the body opens up, people often find things shifting in ways they didn't expect.
In many ways, breathwork is simply a return to our most natural state. The breath becomes a bridge back to love, presence, and inner peace.
What to Bring
To make sure you're comfortable for the full session, please bring:
- Wear comfortable clothing you can breathe and move freely in
- A yoga mat or something soft to lie on. You'll be on your back for about an hour, so bring extra blankets or padding if your mat is thin
- Water to stay hydrated
- A light blanket or extra layers since the body tends to cool down as it relaxes
- An eye mask or small towel (optional) if you want help turning inward
- A journal (optional) if you want to write down anything that comes up during integration
Bring whatever helps you feel settled and comfortable. Your comfort matters.
Tickets can be purchased directly from facilitators to save on Eventbrite fees
