What do we do in a shamanic circle ?

We sing, we dance, we play, we talk to spirits, we share, we divine, we create friendships, we build community, we heal, we meditate, we develop our intuitive ability, we seat ourselves in our truth of heart, we fly, we dream, we manifest, we heal others, we play with energy, we build ourselves, we learn to respect boundaries, and we learn how do the impossible.

This class is designed to foster a deepened connection with our compassionate spirit healers, enabling us to build relationships rooted in direct divination and healthy, symbiotic partnerships. Through heart-centered archetypal connections and alignment with our higher self, we will learn global energy healing techniques, including hands-on healing, channeling, dream work, mediumship, and meditation. Together, we will cultivate a lasting, supportive community dedicated to healing others.

This biweekly core circle welcomes both novice and experienced Mesa Carriers, as well as healers from diverse traditions. We will deepen our connection to the earth and sky, with the flexibility to attend classes in any order. Through deep listening, weekly journey work, focused attention, meditation, and sacred sharing, we open pathways to communicate with spirits and engage in meaningful dialogue with the animate world around us. This practice helps us align and discover what these spirits can teach us about resilience, balance, and the flow of life.

Please bring a rattle, a blanket, an eye cover, a journal to write in, and a pencil. Please bring questions for the spirits. If you don't have a drum, rattle, or blankets, we have extras. What to bring: anything to make your meditation comfortable (yoga mat, pillow, blanket, collapsible chair, etc.)

Mira Lash has over two decades of study under the guidance of Shamanic healers. She has completed the 7-year program at the Foundation of Shamanic Studies and is a full Andean Mesa Carrier at the Chacana center. Mira is a Doctorate of Acupuncture, Medical Qi Gong, Chinese Herbal Medicine, and was ordained as a Buddhist Lama in 2025. Mira has a diverse education in various forms of psychic development and energy work, and is certified in both Western and Ayurvedic medicines.
