As we approach the Spring Equinox and the Earth begins to awaken from her slumber, you’re invited into a sacred evening of inner exploration, renewal, and soul activation.

This ceremony is devoted to awakening your inner magic — descending into the depths of your inner world to greet the Inner Magician within, and preparing the soil of your being for the coming season of manifestation through presence, mindfulness, and intention.

With the support of the medicine of Grandmother Cacao, we will journey through esoteric practices inspired by multiple spiritual traditions — from the roots of Ostara and the Spring Mysteries — to ignite curiosity, remembrance, and soul-rebirthing.

Cacao is an ancient empathogenic, heart-opening sacred medicine that guides us into portals of healing, bliss, and expansion.

You will be held in a spiritual circle as we:
• Drink ceremonial cacao
• Enter a deep guided meditation journey
• Practice somatic movement and biodynamic shaking
• Activate, dance, and chant
• Explore the inner landscape and connect with your personal magic

We will close the evening with a Sound Healing Journey using the ancient frequencies of crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, tuning forks, and native instruments to integrate and ground the experience.

Alexandra has been teaching yoga and meditation for nearly two decades and is an herbalist, sound healer, multi-instrumentalist, and recording artist. She will guide you into a deeply held ceremonial space and cradle you in the sonic womb of her healing symphony.

Afterwards, relax and sample bespoke herbal medicines handcrafted by Alexandra.

Please arrive between 5:30–5:50 PM.
We will begin our circle promptly at 6 PM once everyone has arrived.

Guests are welcome to stay after and enjoy the sauna.

• Please avoid eating for at least 1 hour beforehand
• Avoid stimulants, alcohol, and other plant medicines so you can be fully present
• Let us know of any allergies or sensitivities
• Dress in layers — your body temperature may shift during the ceremony
• Wear clothing you feel comfortable moving and sweating in (ceremonial attire or cozy sweats both welcome)
