If you’ve lost yourself in an ever-changing, stressful world, feel like something is missing but can’t quite name it, or long for the support of a community of women who truly understand you - this experience is for you.

Our theme for June is Wildly Alive: Reclaiming Joy, Play & Creative Expression

What to Expect:

• Gentle self-reflection to recover from burn out and over stimulation and reconnect with what brings you joy
• A guided creative exercise to unlock parts of you that may have been forgotten
• Breathwork to support nervous system regulation
• Time outside to harness nature’s calming, grounding power (weather permitting)

Whether you’re seeking clarity, inspiration, or simply a moment of peace, you’ll leave feeling more whole, more aligned, and less inclined to hide your own light.

All journaling pages, pens, and creative supplies will be provided.

Please dress for the weather, as part of our time together will be outdoors.
