Ready to drop into your body, release what’s been holding you back, and remember the wild, radiant woman within?Join us for AWAKEN HER, a 1-hour transformational experience designed to help you reconnect with your feminine energy, awaken your inner goddess, and dance your heart wide open.
We’ll start with gentle grounding and intention setting before moving into a powerful guided ecstatic dance journey. This is not about performing or looking a certain way — this is about moving however your soul wants to move. You’ll shake, sway, jump, and let it all out in a safe, supportive sisterhood space.
After the dance, we’ll drop into deep reflection with guided journaling prompts to help you integrate everything that’s moved through you.
