About this Event
Back by request.
Let me tell you what your body already knows: it's been holding something. Stagnant energy. Old stories. Parts of you that stopped moving because somewhere along the way, moving them stopped feeling safe.
This isn't a dance class the way you're picturing it in your mind. There’s no routine. Just your body, your breath, and whatever's ready to move.
Each class includes:
Bring: a yoga mat or something to lay on, a water bottle, comfortable clothing, and an open heart. No dance experience required, just a willingness to move and feel.
Date & Time: Sunday, November 15th, 10:30am-12:30pm
Venue in Phoenix, address sent after registration.
Price: $22 per person
