About this Event

Hecmara and Ruth will be running a whole Tantra day for balancing our inner masculine and feminine energies:

- Morning 11am to 1 pm : Yoga, Emptiness meditation, long Kundalini Activation.

- Afternoon 2 to 4 pm: Inner Qigong, Chakras Somatic Dance. 1 hr for lunch.

Please bring your Yoga mat and water bottle, limited to 8 places.
