• “Shake to Awaken”: a somatic release practice using shaking, vocal expression, and affirmation
• The Emotional Ocean: a flowing movement practice that allows feelings to surface and move
• Energy sensing & clearing practices to dissolve energetic density and restore flow
• “I am love… I let go”: a breath-and-mantra experience to raise your emotional frequency
• Chakra Journey: a partnered exploration of energetic presence, awareness, and consent
• Emotional Flow Ceremony: a guided, non-verbal movement experience for deep embodiment
• Guided heart-centered meditation to integrate, soften, and open

• Water to stay hydrated throughout the session
• A yoga mat or soft surface to sit, lie down, and move comfortably
• Comfortable clothing for ease of movement and relaxation
• A journal or notebook (optional) for personal reflections

All practices—especially partnered exercises—are guided with explicit permission, presence, and choice.
