Planting season comes around only once every year and it happens to be now. In this week of World Environment Day, join us AWAKEN BLR, get your hands dirty and give back to nature through tree plantation on the outskirts of the city!
^ Meet at 7 am at Cubbon Park
^ Drive over to Maralavadi village (2 hrs)- we’ll carpool and stop for breakfast on the way at a common location
^ Plant trees with experienced guides and farmers who’ll help us understand the soil the ecosystem conservation techniques (on ground partner: Fuzhio)
^ Drive back into the city by 12:30 pm
Bring friends and family! And be sure to pack sunscreen a hat/cap and a waterbottle.
