Shannon Dalton is a Happiness Coach and Reiki Master and is passionate about inner growth, self-awareness, and the journey of coming home to oneself. She is deeply curious about the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and values spaces where women can gather in honesty, healing, and shared wisdom. Shannon believes women’s circles are sacred opportunities for reflection, support, and collective awakening.

Cybele Shana Lerman is a Spiritual and Intuitive Life Coach and Reiki Master Teacher and the owner of Awaken to Healing. She has been hosting women's circles for many years and always enjoys the depth and connection that is created in the sacred space of the circle.
