Awaken & Align is a soul-nourishing experience that combines the liberating power of ecstatic dance with the deep calm of a chakra-focused sound bath.
Together, we’ll move through each chakra...from root to crown...inviting release, expression, and alignment. Through intuitive movement, you’ll shake off stress and stagnant energy. Then, as your body softens, the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding tones will guide you into deep rest and energetic realignment.
This is your time to reconnect with your body’s wisdom, regulate your nervous system, and return home to yourself.
✨ Open to all levels, no dance or yoga experience needed. Just come as you are.

Sound Bath Facilitator: Jessica of Chandra Yoga is a compassionate soul who embodies strength, warmth, and unwavering love. As a powerful space holder, she creates an environment where healing can unfold naturally and effortlessly. Ecstatic Dance Guide: Nadine of InnerFlow trained in jazz and contemporary dance in Europe, discovering the power of improvisation through Gabrielle Roth’s Five Rhythms after moving to Houston in 2000. This led her to study the Silent Language of the Body with Pablo Bobbio, a technique she later adapted to the ecstatic dance chakra system—laying the foundation for her evolving movement practice, InnerFlow.
An invitation to move freely to eclectic music from all over the planet, InnerFlow encourages emotional release, authentic connection, and deep presence. It continues to be a source of healing in her life, and she is honored to share it with others in spaces that feel safe, freeing, and alive.
